My name is Nicola and together with my husband and young family - Annelise 12, Carter 5, Indigo 4, Caius 2 and Zion 6 months, we have been Registered Breeders of the beautiful Ragdoll cats for approximately 8 years now. We are located in Seville - approximately 1 hour East of the Melbourne CBD in the Yarra Valley. As well as raising all of our lovely fur babies in our home, we also enjoy taking both our young babies as well as our Breeding Cats to a variety of Cat Shows, which are run under different judges, to make sure that we are retaining the true type and temperament of the Ragdoll.
I fell in love with the Raggies after searching for months on end for a breed of cat that suited our family's lifestyle, and when I came across the Ragdoll, I just knew they were for us. We then purchased our first home and I decided it was time for me to do something I'd always wanted to do and that was to fulfil my love for animals and breed these unique, adorable babies!
Our Cats are all raised in our home, and brought up around children, dogs, friends and whatever day to day life throws at them, they adapt very easily to their surrounding environment, even a visit to our children's Schools and Preschools for show and tell is a regular occurrence for them! As our Stud and Queens are raised in our home, so too are their kittens, ensuring they are well socialised and ready for their new home at around 10-12 weeks of age.
Taking on the role as a Breeder of Ragdolls, we have not taken this lightly, I have spent many hours researching into, talking to others and caring for our own babies, initially with the guidance and support of a long-term, very knowledgeable Raggie breeder, and now having bred many a litter of kittens for a little over 8 years, I feel that we have learn't some of the most valuable lessons by being so hands on in every aspect of the Ragdoll world. I am very interested in and have a great love for all animals, but I think I have found my passion in the Ragdolls. Having this enthusiasm allows me to absorb all the information that I am given and it shows in the temperament of our Stud and Queens, who without a doubt pass these qualities on to their babies. I would have absolutely no hesitation in passing on what I know to anyone who would be interested in one as their next pet.
Our kittens are ready to leave for their new family at around 12 weeks of age and will be sold with Full Pedigree Papers, De-sexed, Micro-chipped, Vaccinated, Wormed, Vet Checked, and they will enjoy a lovely Bath and Flea Treatment prior to leaving our home as well as arriving to you with a complimentary Kitten Pack.
